Refunds + Returns
Orders can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for store credit. Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for refunds. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also remain in the original plastic packaging. No exceptions.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. A new order must be placed with your issued store credit in any scenario, such as incorrect sizing or change of mind.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees, unless Cutlass Brand is at fault (i.e. damaged upon arrival or incorrect shipment).

How to process a return for store credit:
E-mail whatsup@cutlassbrand with "Return Order [Your Order Number]" as the subject line.
Once you receive a response, you can send your neatly packed items the address below. You must write "Return Order [Your Order Number]" on the outside of the parcel.
Please opt for USPS' cheapest option with tracking. You will need to e-mail us a photo of the receipt with the tracking number included, so we may track your return. Once the order is received by the warehouse, you will receive a store credit code via e-mail. If you do not receive this within 2 business days of the parcel's arrival at our warehouse, please send us another e-mail.

Any items damaged in transit, defective, or incorrectly sent are eligible for refunds. If your order falls into any of these categories, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with a short description of the issue, as well as any photos to support your claim. Someone will get back to you within 2 business days.
